I have the right to refuse commission(s) if I am unable to fulfill the client's requests.

I have the right to stop working on commission(s) due to inappropriate behavior that breach the terms of service.

The prices listed are of each character strictly for personal commission.

Clients must provide visual references (description is optional).

The default size of the canvas are; A6, A5, A4, B5, B4, and square in 350dpi. Clients may discuss for other dimensions and depending on the size there may be changes in price.

It is strictly prohibited to use the commission(s) for NFT and or AI generator.

International and commercial commission(s) is currently unavailable.

Turnover may vary from 3 days to a week for a single commission depending on the queue, complexity, and personal reasons.

There will be 5x revisions maximum (3x major revisions in sketch process, 1x minor revision in coloring, and 1x minor revision in finishing touches).

I am not responsible for client's unsatisfactory in the finished artwork if no feedback is given during the commission process.

Clients will receive full resolution of the image sent through e-mail or private google drive link.

Prices listed are in IDR.

Payment is only accepted through local bank transfer (Mandiri or BTPN Jenius).

Payment is divided into two: 50% as down payment to initiate the commission process and 50% after finishing the base color.

Clients also may pay 100% upfront.

Payment should be sent within 72 hours after confirming the order(s) unless discussed otherwise. Invoice will be sent through social media chat or e-mail the client contacted.

I will only start working the commission(s) once I receive the payment.

Tip will always be appreciated.

Cancelling or changing the commission(s) requests is only available before the invoice is sent. Payment will not be returned once the invoice is paid.

Refund is not applicable after the commission(s) is finished.

Refund is not applicable after paying and or after starting the commission(s), unless stated otherwise that I am unable to continue the commission(s).

If under any circumstances I am unable to continue the commission(s), refund will be given at maximum of 90% depending on the progress of the commission(s). Refunded amount for above case will be the unfinished part of the commission(s).

Do not request a chargeback without confirmation under any circumstances! I will transfer the money myself.

Purposely filing a chargeback will end up to public blacklisted and PSA will be posted for anyone who breaches this point.

Posting the commissioned work on my website or social media(s).

If you would like your commission to be private, please notify me beforehand.

Post the commissioned work on any website or social media with proper credit or watermarked artwork.

Print the artwork only for personal use.

Edit my work in any way without my permission (that includes removing watermarks and signatures).

Claim the artwork as your own.

Use my work for any commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.

Please inform the commercial project first.

Commission(s) used for streaming or promotional will be charged 2x the normal price.

Commission(s) used for sellable merchandise(s) will be charged 3x the normal price.

Extra revision: free 5x revisions during the process and will be charged for IDR 5.000-IDR 20.000 per revision after that.

Priority commission: If you want your commission to get done by a deadline; additional fee is 20% of the total price.

Detailed character designs: Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Final Fantasy, BanG Dream, etc. will be charged extra depending on the style.
